1. Entries will be accepted via EMAIL (seymoreflix@moviefactsinc.com) ONLY.
Movie Facts, Inc.® will not accept or process any entries received by Phone,
Fax, Mail or any other Email address(es) hosted on this website. Movie Facts, Inc.® is not responsible for lost or misdirected email submissions.

Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. For virus protection, any email submissions containing a file attachment or upload will be immediately disqualified.

Movie Facts, Inc.® employees and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

All entries must be received by 11:59pm CST, Tuesday, JULY 31, 2012.

2. To be considered, all email entries must include the following information:

Your “TESTIMONIAL” stating why you LOVE Movie Facts! (in 150 words or less)
Your FULL NAME
Age (You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States or Canada)
STREET ADDRESS, CITY/STATE/ZIP/COUNTRY
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
Name and Location of Theatre where you saw/picked up Movie Facts®

3. Movie Facts, Inc.® will choose the winning TESTIMONIAL based on positivity, creativity and originality. The winner will be notified via their submitted email address on or before Friday, August 31, 2012. Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by email. Movie Facts, Inc.® is not responsible for, nor shall be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner via the email address submitted by the winner.

4. Winner will receive a Movie Facts® GiftPack which includes: a “Night at the Movies” for you and a guest, a Movie Facts® t-shirt, movie-themed poster, and other movie-themed items. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution will be permitted except by Movie Facts, Inc.® in the event of prize unavailability. Your participation in this contest gives Movie Facts, Inc.® the right to use your entry without any further obligation, monetary or otherwise.

5. Movie Facts, Inc.® will use the personal information submitted with entries for the purpose of this contest only: to identify submissions or entries by their authors, and to notify the contest winner. Movie Facts, Inc.® reserves the right to publicize the winner’s name, city and state on our website.

6. Movie Facts, Inc.® reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time if a computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the contest.
